Can anybody help me about FOS/TAC calculation?

Dear all biogas-ers...

I'm still new in biogas field, but i'm very interested in it.

I've read that to control the feeding condition of the microbes, I have to calculate the FOS/TAC ratio of the sample. I've met some automatic titrator supplier (Radiometer; Titralab 840), but the device still haven't pre-programmed for FOS/TAC calculation.
Can anybody help me to setting up or program the device? how is the principle or specific calculation of FOS/TAC? And does anybody have any suggestion about what kind or titration apparatus I should use?
