Also ich hab meine 1.314.000kw als "150 kw" bekommen.

Bin nur auf den kwk gespannt.
Da wird nämlich das ganze jahr nur 82,7% gezahlt. Meine stromkennzahl ergibt aber über 86%.
Bei nem anruf beim evu wurde mir gesagt das würde bei der endabrechnung berechnet. Mal abwarten was der 28.02 bringt. 😁

Ein gutes zeichen in sachen lapf hab ich immerhin schon mal von meinem gutachter. *freu*

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe heute zum Glück die Frau vom EVU erreichen können.

Die machen so eine Art Spitzenabrechnung, bei der sich das wieder ausgleicht und nachträglich die Zone bis 150kW zuerst voll aufgefüllt wird.

--> Also falscher Alarm

Naja für den lapf sind nicht nur naturschutzflächen möglich. Laut eeg "biomasse von flächen welche nicht speziell für den biomasseanbau bestellt wurden".
Das heißt:
Wir haben mehrere kunden (naturland angehörig) welche biomasse als umstellungskultur ansäen. Kleegras/luzerne usw.
Das muss allerdings so auch im naturland-anbauzertifikat des jeweiligen betreibers auch genau so drin stehen.
Eine art liste mit:
"Erzeugte biologische Produkte"
"Umstellungsprodukte"
...
...
...

Jedenfalls war das 1. Feedback laut Gutachter positiv, sodass wir den Lapf-bonus weiterhin behalten dürfen.
